Learn about the Delaware ABLE Plan from noon to 1 p.m. Oct. 15 in “Security for the Future.” The state of Delaware offers a low-cost 529(a) savings plan, the Delaware ABLE Plan, that allows individuals with disabilities and their families to save for a broad range of expenses on a tax-advantaged basis without jeopardizing their benefits from supplemental security income, Medicaid and other federal programs. It is also a long-term tool for financial planning for a segment of persons with disabilities — those who acquire their disability prior to age 26. To register, visit bit.ly/3nMGRSu.
