The Hale Byrnes House, 606 Stanton Christiana Road, Newark, will host two programs in October.

The American Revolution Round Table of Northern Delaware will gather from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 6 to discuss “Of Skulls, Severed Heads and Skeletons: What To Do With a Dead Hessian, Brit, Frenchman or American, as the Case May Be?" Speaker is Bob Selig.
The October meeting of the This Place Matters series, set for 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 7, is “Before There Was Blue Ball Barn: That Site's Archaeology," by John McCarthy. This program is co-sponsored by Cooch's Bridge Daughters of the American Revolution.
The public, including well-behaved children, are welcome to attend both programs.
