Drake staged the ultimate Degrassi reunion for his new music video "I'm Upset" but unfortunately, not everyone was invited to the party.
While the likes of Paige (Lauren Collins), Marco (Adamo Ruggiero), Craig (Jake Epstein) Liberty (Sarah Barrable-Tishauer), Emma (Miriam McDonald) and so many more of your Degrassi: The Next Generation faves paraded through those familiar halls, Sean (Daniel Clark) was missing from the action, and the actor who played him is super bummed about it. Mainly because Drake didn't call him up to appear.
"No one ever reached out to me about this. I have no idea even when it was filmed. I woke up this morning and watched the music video and was like, 'What the hell is going on?'" Clark told Page Six on Thursday morning. "It looked like everyone was having a great time, but for me, it was kind of sad, too, because we were all really like family."
But Clark wasn't the only one miffed about not being a part of the epic reunion. "I'm a little upset," Mike Lobel, who played Sean's good friend Jay (the guy that gave Emma gonorrhea), tweeted on Thursday. To be fair, a lot of people have come and gone on the series so it's understandable that some familiar faces weren't included.
Ryan Cooley, who played the loveable goofball J.T. Yorke, was also noticeably absent from the video but Drake actually reached out to him about making a cameo. However, according to the rapper, Cooley turned it down because he thought it was a scam. Big mistake. Huge.
