Delaware State Police have arrested and charged John A. Taylor with two counts of Robbery 1st degree, four counts of Attempted Robbery 1st degree, three counts of Robbery 2nd degree, and Attempted Robbery 2nd degree after he was apprehended by the Wilmington Police Department late yesterday afternoon, Thursday, November 20, 2014, in New Castle. Taylor was arraigned at JP Court 11 and committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institution for lack of $110,000.00 cash bail.
