The Marshall Steam Museum will hold its annual volunteer open house from 1 to 4 p.m. April 14 at its home at the Auburn Heights Preserve, 3000 Creek Road, Yorklyn.
The buildings and grounds of Auburn Heights and the Marshall Steam Museum are open the first Sundays of the month, June through November. The museum relies on volunteers to bring the site to life, from keeping the historic automobiles and locomotives in good repair to sharing the history of the site, helping with children’s crafts or popping popcorn.
The open house will offer a chance to meet volunteers.
