Donald L. Robb violated parole by returning to Delaware Park

Just a few days after being arrested and released on $500 bail for a bank robbery, an Oxford, Pa. man in behind bars for violating the conditions of his release.

According to Delaware State Police,

Donald L. Robb was arrested on Friday, Nov. 10,  for his involvement in the robbery of the Bank of America, located at 2074 Limestone Road, Pike Creek.

Robb was taken into custody by Troopers while in the parking lot of Delaware Park Casino. As part of his bail agreement Robb was to stay off Delaware Park property, police said.

Around 11:00 a.m., on Monday, Nov. 13, just three days after his release, Robb was observed and positively identified as a banned subject by Delaware Park security officers.

Agents from the Division of Gaming Enforcement were alerted and took Robb into custody without incident, police said.

Robb was transported to Delaware State Police Troop 2 where he was arrested and charged with felony Breach of Release. He was then committed to Henry R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $2000 secured bond, police said.
