  • Paintball Vandals Sought in Criminal Mischief Incidents in Yorklyn Area

  • Incidents occurred on Snuff Mill and Way Roads

  • New Castle County Police have responded to a number of incidents of criminal mischief to residences along Way Road and Snuff Mill Road.
    On Monday, March 10, at approximately 4:00 p.m., New Castle County Police received a call from the homeowner in the 400 block of Way Road advising she was startled by a loud sound. She then discovered her residence had been struck multiple times by green paintball rounds.
    Additionally, police were also called to two homes in the unit block of Snuff Mill Road (Delaware Heights) for the report of green paint splattered on the sides of the residences. One victim reported damage to his residence as a result of the incident.
