  • Wilmington man arrested with Oxycodone pills

  • New Castle County Police have arrested Nathaniel Brandon, a 38-year-old male who resides in the 3000 block of Acacia Street in Wilmington. He was charged with drug related offenses after a lengthy investigation by the New Castle County Police Drug Control Squad.
    During the month of January, members of the New Castle County Drug Control Squad (DCS) conducted an investigation into the illegal sale of Oxycodone, a controlled substance. Officers executed an arrest warrant for the arrest of Brandon and located him in the parking lot of the Prices Corner Shopping Center. He was taken into custody without incident. Officers located 150-30 mg Oxycodone pills.
    Nathaniel Brandon was charged with two counts of Manufactures, delivers, or possesses with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and  Manufactures, delivers, possess with intent to deliver.
    He was arraigned and released on $100,000 unsecured bail.
