  • Troopers Investigate Armed Robbery of Lancaster Pike BP Gas Station

  • Suspect identified as a black male, 20-25 years of age, 5'07” tall, 150-160 lbs. Last seen wearing gray hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

  • State troopers are investigating the armed robbery of a BP Gas Station located on Lancaster Pike west of Wilmington, which occurred late this afternoon.
    The incident occurred on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at approximately 4:20 p.m. as the suspect entered the business and confronted the 39 year old male employee who was located behind the sales counter. The suspect displayed an unknown type rifle and demanded money. The victim complied and turned over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect fled on foot towards the Lancaster Court Apartments. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
