  • Caroling in Hockessin, originally scheduled for tonight, Dec. 10, has been postponed because of snow until Tuesday, Dec. 17.

  • Caroling in Hockessin, originally scheduled for tonight, Dec. 10, has been postponed because of snow until Tuesday, Dec. 17.
    All the plans for the event will remain the same, just on the new date.
    The program will be held Dec. 17 at 7 p.m., at Hockessin Memorial Hall, 1225 Old Lancaster Pike.
    The evening will feature Christmas carols with Mrs. Claus, a dance performance by the by the Hockessin Dance Center dancers, and the chance for kids to talk to Santa.
    Light refreshments will be provided by Hockessin Dance Center moms, Prima's Pizza, Marybeth Tribbett of Patterson-Schwartz, and the Hockessin Auxiliary.
    Guests are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy that will be donated to Kind to Kids, a Delaware charity. For more information, email jean411@msn.com or call (302) 545-2069.
