People to People International (PTPI) has announced the re-election of Edward Tucker of Hockessin to the PTPI Board of Trustees.
The board of trustees is made up of PTPI members who have a strong sense of stewardship of PTPI’s mission and who identify with the purpose, goals, and objectives of the organization. Tucker is a resident of Hockessin and a retiree of the former Montell Polyolefins, now known as LyondellBasell. He currently serves on the chapter's board of directors and previously served as chapter president.
We could not be more pleased that Ed will continue to contribute his significant knowledge and experience to our board of trustees. He has made a significant impact in promoting our mission, particularly within his community,” said Mary Eisenhower, president of PTPI and granddaughter of the organization’s founder, president Dwight D. Eisenhower. “It is inspiring, and a true testament to the character of the members of our board of trustees, that so many people around the world are willing to dedicate their time and talents to our mission.”
