  • David Feherty, former professional golfer, current CBS Sports golf analyst and host of the popular "Feherty" on the Golf Channel, is scheduled to make his first appearance in Delaware next week.
    He will be the guest speaker at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware's 25th annual golf tournament dinner at Wilmington Country Club on Sept. 9 from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
    The golf tournament is sold out, but dinner tickets and tee sponsorships are still available.

    ABOUT FEHERTY
    Feherty, a native of Northern Ireland who now resides full time in the Dallas, Texas area, has 10 worldwide wins to his credit including a spot on the 1991 European Ryder Cup Team.
    He retired from golf in 1997 and immediately joined CBS as an-course reporter and analyst, and now has his own show on the Golf Channel.
    Aside from his television appearances, the quick-witted Feherty is also a regular contributor to Golf Magazine with his own column "Sidespin," and is the author of four bestselling books.
