  • New Castle County Police Patrol Tactical Team arrested a New Jersey man after finding him in possession of 300 counterfeit DVD's during a traffic stop Aug. 5 in the area of Lancaster Pike and Route 141 in Wilmington.

  • New Castle County Police Patrol Tactical Team arrested a New Jersey man after finding him in possession of 300 counterfeit DVD's during a traffic stop Aug. 5 in the area of Lancaster Pike and Route 141 in Wilmington.
    Tyrus Davis, 36, of Salem, was charged with felony trademark counterfeiting, expired tags, and driving without a valid license.
    Police say they found movies that were recently released in Davis's car. They say flyers were also found advertising the DVD's for sale for $4 each.
