  • Three young men were arrested June 30 after police say they committed a burglary at Benchmark Transmission, 2610 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont.
    Victor C. Peoples Jr., 20, of Marcus Hook, Pa., Sylvester L. Rogers, 21, of Chester Pa., and a 16-year-old male from Claymont were charged with burglary in the third degree, attempted theft of a motor vehicle, conspiracy in the second degree, theft under $1,500 and criminal mischief under $1,000.
    Police say that the three suspects entered the business through a window and took nine sets of keys from the business.
