  • Delaware State Police troopers are still looking for a 16-year-old Wilmington male who stole a cash box from Concord High School on Friday.
    The incident occurred at 1:20 p.m. Friday as school staff sold prom tickets in a hallway outside of the cafeteria, Delaware State Police Cpl. John Day. A male student grabbed the cash box and ran out of the building, he said.
    An investigation by the School Resource Officer (a State Police trooper assigned to the school), revealed that the person who stole the cash box is a 16-year-old student of the school, Day said. The alleged perpetrator hails from Wilmington.
    No other description was given of the teenager.
