Roadwork required for the reconfiguring of the ramp off southbound U.S. Route 202 onto southbound I-95 will require a four-day closure, according to the Delaware Department of Transportation.

The southbound U.S. 202 off ramp onto southbound I-95 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday, May 3, until 5 a.m. Monday, May 6 while workers perform needed roadwork, DelDOT spokesman Robert King said.

Traffic normally exiting Concord Pike (202) southbound onto I-95 southbound will be detoured to northbound I-95 to Marsh Road (Exit 9). Traffic will make a left turn onto Marsh Road and immediately reenter I-95 southbound.

Variable message boards will be placed to notify motorists of the upcoming closures. This closure is pending weather conditions.
