  • Residents will have the chance to meet and help name two male North American River otters at the Brandywine Zoo starting April 20.
Zoo-goers will have an opportunity to help choose names for the otters by voting at the zoo throughout the spring. Proposed names include: Red and Hudson, Cisco and Wally, or Timber and Clark. Visitors will be able to vote on the name set they like best by contributing $1 with each vote.
Contributions from the contest will benefit the Delaware Zoological Society. The otters' official names will be revealed July 4. For more information: www.brandywinezoo.org.
