Troopers are investigating a robbery of the Exxon station at 5301 Concord Pike that occurred Sat., Feb. 23.

The incident occurred around 7:20 p.m. Saturday evening when a black male suspect entered the store and began questioning the female employee about making a fuel purchase. The suspect then reached across the counter and grabbed an undisclosed amount of money out of the clerk's hand that was to be entered into the cash register from a previous transaction. The suspect quickly exited the store and entered a maroon SUV before fleeing the parking lot northbound on Concord Pike towards Pennsylvania. The female employee was not injured in this incident.
