DCH, WTC to hold tree events

The Delaware Center for Horticulture (TheDCH), the city of Wilmington, and the Wilmington Tree Commission (WTC) have scheduled public meetings and lectures to review Wilmington's proposed urban forest management plan, and to educate people on how to plant and take care of trees in Wilmington.
