  • Delaware State troopers need the public's help to identify two people who they say tried to shoplift from a Walgreen's in New Castle.
    Investigators say the two girls walked into the store, 287 Christiana Road, just after 2 p.m. Christmas Eve. Employees claim the girls began hiding cosmetics in their purses and pockets. When confronted by the employee, the suspects began yelling and throwing merchandise then took off in a silver Nissan Altima.
    The first suspect is described as a light skin black or Hispanic female, 19-23 years old, approximately 5'4, 130 pounds, with dyed pink hair and wearing a black coat, pink hat and scarf. The second suspect is a black female, 19-23 years old, approximately 5'4, 130 pounds and wearing a black coat.
