  • An Elkton, Md. man faces charges after police say he stole a car at a laundromat in Fox Run Shopping Center, 1968 Pulaski Highway, Bear.
    Kenneth A. Harrington, 41, was charged with carjacking in the first degree, assault in the second degree, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and possession of a deadly weapon by person prohibited.
    The 76-year-old female victim told police that she was carrying out a basket of clothing to her car when the suspect grabbed the keys from her and pushed her to the ground. The victim was slightly injured but refused treatment; her car was returned.
