Concord edges Appoquinimink 13-9 in season finale

It was an old-fashioned barn-burner at Appoquinimink High School on a cool and crisp Friday night as the Jaguars ended their 2012 regular season with a 13-9 loss to the Concord Raiders.
“We just made too many mistakes tonight, especially on offense. You can't make that many mistakes and turnovers and expect to win a football game at any level,” said Appoquinimink coach Jeff Weiner.
