  • The A.I. du Pont Tigers' playoff hopes took a hit last week when they were upset by Glasgow 14-13.
They came into this Saturday's match up with Charter School of Wilmington (1-8) needing a win badly. And after a flat start to the first quarter, the Tigers were able to pull away from the Force to win going away, 30-0.
Senior running back Jonathan Bell rushed for two scores in the victory.
The Tigers turn to the run for two more scores, a quarterback keeper from Ramsey Lowery and a Aaron Limberry score on a wide receiver option.
Peter Grasso hit a 28-yarder for the other Tigers' points.
The win for A.I. is a big one as they head into their regular season finale against Sussex Tech (3-6) next week. Even with the loss to Glasgow last week, the Tigers have put themselves in position to secure a playoff berth with a win next week against the Ravens.
