Patrick McRae, a junior golf player for Goldey-Beacom College, led the Lightning to the team title for the Goldey-Beacom College Fall Classic at the Newark Country Club on Monday.

McRae, who earned individual champion honors with a two-round score of 144, set a school record for the lowest round in school history with his 66 in the second round, while five-under par score matched the mark for the lowest round against par set by Michael Tobiason.

The Lightning fired a 301 team score in the second round to claim the team title by 37 strokes over Chestnut Hill College. Meanwhile, Felician College was third after posting a 667 team score followed by the University of the Sciences and Wesley College.
