Two Frederica men face charges after police say they were running a meth lab in the 200 block of South Market Street.
George W. Shahan Jr., 35, and Kenneth J. Shahan, 34, were charged Oct. 5 with conspiracy in the second degree. Shahan Jr.'s additional charges include manufacture with intent to deliver a controlled substance, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of a firearm by person prohibited, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say they found component mixtures of the beginning stages of producing meth, and key ingredients in making the drug while searching the house. They say they also confiscated a shotgun and other drug paraphernalia.
