  • The Delaware Transit Corporation will hold three public hearings to give residents a chance to comment on the proposed changes to the DART First State bus service which go into effect Dec. 2.

    Here is the list of hearings:
    4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 11, in the Farmington/Felton room at DelDOT administration building, 800 Bay Road, Dover.
    11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12, in the cafeteria at the DART First State administration building, 119 Lower Beech St., Wilmington.
    11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 13, Georgetown Public Library, 123 W. Pine St., Georgetown.
