Middletown man charged with selling drugs near park

A Middletown man faces drug, weapon and resisting arrest charges after an incident on Aug. 23.

Bryce Holton Jr., 18, was arrested in the 200 block of Vincent Circle, Middletown Village. New Castle County investigators say Holton was selling heroin from his house and a nearby park. Police also say Holton tried to run away as he was being walked to the patrol car.

Holton's charges include: possession with intent to deliver heroin, five counts of possession of ammunition by a person prohibited, resisting arrest and escape in the third degree.
