A Claymont man faces drug and weapon charges after he was arrested by New Castle County police on Aug. 15.
Arismendy Crime, 28, was arrested on Cedartree Lane in the Greentree apartment complex.
Investigators say that Crime was involved in drug activity within the area and in two incidents that happened in July on Fourth Avenue.
Crime's charges include: possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession with intent to deliver heroin, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
He also had outstanding warrants for offensive touching, conspiracy in the second and third degrees, and terroristic threatening.
