Two Kent County men face drug charges after traffic stop

Delaware state police arrested two Kent County men on heroin charges after a traffic stop on Aug. 13.

Michael Benson, 24, of Magnolia was charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rob C. Boyles, 25, of Harrington is charged with possession of heroin.

Investigators say they stopped a Nissan Altima driven by Boyles after he failed to stop for a red signal in the area of North Washington Street and Lafayette Boulevard.
