I-95 southbound reopens after fatal accident

Delaware State Police announced that I-95 southbound of the Delaware Toll Plaza is now open after a fatal accident involving a tractor trailer and a box truck.

All lanes are open and motorists should expect continued delays and congestion until the backups are cleared.

Police have reported one fatality; investigations are still underway.
