DRBA marks 50th anniversary with art and photography contest

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, the Delaware River and Bay Authority will host an art and photography contest.

Entries will be accepted until Sept. 3 with the winner announced on the agency’s anniversary day, Sept. 20.

One winner from each category will receive a prize of $50, and their artwork will hang on display in the DRBA for one year.  The overall grand prize winner will be awarded $500, and their work will also be showcased in the DRBA lobby, Junction of I-295 & Route 9, New Castle.

Contestants should include name, age, city and state of residence, and contact information with their work to the following address: Delaware River and Bay Authority, 50th Anniversary Art Contest, Post Office Box 71, New Castle 19720.
