Annual Peoples' Festival to be held on July 28

The annual Peoples’ Festival Tribute to Bob Marley will be held from noon to 10 p.m. on July 28 at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park in Wilmington.

Festival offerings will include international food and drink, crafts, the Bob Marley Memorabilia Tent, and more.

Tickets are $15 in advance and children under 10 are free.
