The Charter School of Wilmington girls swimming team won the state title (347 points) with a commanding performance at the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association’s Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday at the University of Delaware. St. Mark’s girl team was the runner up with 306 points.
