- Delaware's only law enforcement band performs at Warner Elementary

- In a time when many children have grown to fear the police force due to personal experience, the First State Force, Delaware's all law enforcement rock band, is dedicated to delivering a message to children while also appearing more approachable. The band visited Warner Elementary on Friday, March 30 for a fun-filled morning of singing and dancing and promoting the all-important message to live drug-free.
